The Student Activities Committee (SAC) organizes and awards these annual grants to facilitate student involvement in the activities of their local chapter.
Student Chapter grants are offered on an application basis and applications are evaluated by subcommittees of the SAC. To provide equal opportunity, student chapters cannot receive a grant two (2) years in a row.
Grants offered:
Seed Grant:
These $500 USD grants are available during two (2) different grant cycles per year and can be awarded to two (2) student chapters per cycle. They require a less structured budget and must be used within a year after the award is announced.
Blossom Grant: These $1,000 USD grants are awarded once a year with two (2) awarded each cycle.
They require a more detailed budget and must be used within 18 months after the award is announced.
